Step 1: Browse our online catalogue
At the Flower Temple we recognise that Brides have to balance their career commitments with their personal commitments at the same time as planning such an important day...the wedding day!
The Flower Temple treat Weddings with the highest priority. Our website is designed to provide each bride with an extensive gallery of bouquets, table decorations and other accessories, but more importantly we provide costs on our website for you to obtain indicative prices without having to make an appointment.
Remember that all the products on our website can be customised to meet your floral requirements and budget.
Step 2: Obtain a formal quotation
We operate very different from most florists. As we specialise in Weddings we understand the time required by each bride can vary and planning your floral requirements differs from bride to bride.
We receive many emails from Brides commending our website. As our website is very comprehensive it eliminates the ordinary steps usually involved in obtaining a quoation at most florists. Wedding enquiries are demanding and we beleive time is the key to planning, developing and excuting your floral requirements. By providing you with costings on our website you can now make an informed decision when it comes to obtaining a quoation.
We offer two types of services:-
Full Consultation
This is for brides that require ideas on designs or need to make a selection of flowers based on a theme or colour palette.
As this process require developing your specific needs, we recommend you come along to your consultation with samples of the bride and bridesmaids fabric and bring along any other images or pictures you may have.
An appointment will be necessary for a full consultation. The Flower Temple guarantees an experienced consultant to provide you with a quotation for your decorative and floral requriements. The duration of the first consultation is estimated at 30 minutes.
A $50 consultation fee will apply and payable on the day. If you proceed with a booking we will be more than happy to deduct $50 from your final invoice.
Email / Phone Quotation
This is for brides that have browsed the website or possibly attended one of our Floral Exhibitions and have a very good idea of what they want or wish to extend or refine ideas from our comprehensive gallery of products available.

You will be required to provide the consultant with a list of items that you will require to be included in your quotation and any other details such as colour, style, theme or an images you may have that can assist the consultant in advising recommendations to you.
The Flower Temple will formulate a quotation based on the information you have provided. We usually can provide you with a quotation within 48 hours.

Step 3: Confirm a Booking
Once you have been satisfied with a quotation and you wish to proceed with a booking, it will be necessary to contact the Flower Temple consultant to arrange a Password to execute a booking online.
A 50% deposit will be required within the nominated and agreed validation date on your quotation.
The Flower Temple accepts payments by either cash, all major credit cards, EFTPOS or money order.
Booking deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unless at the discretion of the Flower Temple.
Step 4: Final Consultation
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive notification from the Flower Temple consultant confirming receipt of your deposit and a final consultation date will be allocated immediately.
The final consultation date is determined by the Flower Temple consultant depending on availability of your selection, this is usually 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding date. This consultation will include a sample colour swatch or variety swatch which ever is applicable and agreed upon at your first consultation noted on your quotation.
You will be required to make any final amendments to your order and provide and confirm delivery or pick details if necessary.
In some circumstances it may be necessary to have a further consultation if there are any concerns on the availability of certain varieties of flowers. The Flower Temple consultant will advise you if this is necessary.
Step 5: Final Payment
A final invoice will be raised at your final consultation and final balance indicating any amendments will be required to be settled at your final consultation or no later than 10 working days prior to the Wedding date.
Order will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and the Flower Temple is satisfied with the integrity of the order and payment.
Booking deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unleass at the discretion of the Flower Temple.
Should you wish to cancel a booking you should do so prior to your final consultation.
