The Flower Temple may amend or update terms, conditions and disclaimers at any given time without providing notice to you. Any amendments or updates to the terms, conditions and disclaimers will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the website after any amendment binds you to the terms, conditions and disclaimers, as amended.
By placing a booking or making a purchase with Flower Temple and/or becoming a Flower Temple Member through the registration process on this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms, conditions and disclaimers and you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions and disclaimers.
The Flower Temple reserves the right not to provide products and services, remove or edit content or cancel order (or part thereof) at Flower Temple sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, Flower Temple will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
The Flower Temple guarantees its customers receive products and services of high standards, good quality, in good condition on arrival and to the full retail value. Flower Temple purchase only the highest quality flowers and products, which are handed selected by an experienced buyer.
You must be mindful that flowers are a perishable item and react to the ever changing environment. The Flower Temple provide care instructions at the time of purchase and care instructions are also provided upon receipt of the delivery of any of our products. We recommend the care instructions are followed to enhance the longevity of your flowers.
Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service please contact the Flower Temple Events Manager on 1300 650 344 immediately on receiving the product or service. Every effort will be made to rectify any dissatisfaction.
While the Flower Temple will abide by the governing law in relation to the supply of its products and services, no exchange or refund will be accepted if you change your mind once a final consultation and final ordered has been agreed upon.
Confirming your booking Your quotation will be emailed to the email address you have provided. You can access your quotation via a link and then password provided. Once you have been satisfied with a quotation and you wish to proceed with a booking, you can use the BOOK NOW link located at the bottom of your quotation.
A 50% deposit will be required within the nominated and agreed validation date on your quotation.
The Flower Temple accepts payments by either cash, all major credit cards, EFTPOS or money order.
Booking deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unless at the discretion of the Flower Temple.
Final Consultation
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive notification from the Flower Temple consultant confirming receipt of your deposit and a final consultation date will be allocated immediately.
The final consultation date is determined by the Flower Temple consultant depending on availability of your selection, this is usually 2-4 weeks prior to the wedding date. This consultation will include a sample colour swatch or variety swatch which ever is applicable and agreed upon at your first consultation noted on your quotation.
You will be required to make any final amendments to your order and provide and confirm delivery or pick details if necessary.
In some circumstances it may be necessary to have a further consultation if there are any concerns on the availability of certain varieties of flowers. The Flower Temple consultant will advise you if this is necessary.
Final Payment
A final invoice will be raised at your final consultation and final balance indicating any amendments will be required to be settled at your final consultation or no later than 10 working days prior to the Wedding date.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and the Flower Temple is satisfied with the integrity of the order and payment.
Booking deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unleass at the discretion of the Flower Temple.
Should you wish to cancel a booking you should do so prior to your final consultation.
Order Cancellation
Should you wish to amend or cancel an order you should do so prior to your final consultation. Call the Flower Temple Events Manager on 1300 650 344.
Once we have received final payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within the Flower Temple sole discretion and subject to the Returns & Refund terms.
Substitution Policy
Flower Temple will make every effort to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking.
However, Flower Temple will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to, unavailability, seasonal variation or poor quality.
Flower Temple reserves the right to use its discretion to supply similar or substitute high quality product under such circumstances and will try where possible to notify and agree with the client prior to supply.
Delivery Policy
It is your obligation to provide the correct delivery address details at your final consultation. Should you provide incorrect delivery details Flower Temple will not be obliged to redeliver the order to the correct address at Flower Temple expense.
The Flower Temple has a specialised courier service for events. The team is made up of Events specialists for delivery and set up. Therefore the Flower Temple have limited allocation times for delivery. You will be able to select from available times at your final consultation.
Please ensure that you have made all your requirements known as once the courier has delivered your products they will be unable to return if you have forgotten to order any products.
In the event that you have forgotten to order products, we will make every effort to assist you in obtaining these products at your expense.
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation or refund of an order.
You will be required to ensure that you are available or you arrange for a representative for you to be available to accept, check and sign off on the delivery of goods.
We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
